Education Plan Eligibility
1. Education plans may only be purchased by, and must be used for teaching, educational outreach, or learning purposes by: (a) government-accredited schools of all levels, education authorities, public libraries, and social-education institutions; (b) faculty and staff employed by such institutions; (c) students enrolled at such institutions.
If you are not one of the above educational parties, please choose a personal plan.
2. Education plans may only be used by purchasers or users who meet the above eligibility, and may not be resold, rented, transferred, or provided to unqualified third parties, nor used for for-profit courses, commercial activities, or corporate internal training.
3. To verify eligibility, we may, where necessary during purchase or code activation, request proof of employment, student ID, institutional accreditation documents, or other materials sufficient to confirm eligibility; during the plan period, if declared information is inconsistent or reasonable doubt arises regarding eligibility, we may also notify the purchaser or user to provide supplementary proof.
4. If the purchaser or user fails to provide sufficient proof within 7 days of our notice, or is confirmed ineligible, we may refuse activation, or suspend or terminate the education plan as appropriate. Where an activated plan is suspended or terminated due to ineligibility, payments made are in principle non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds for unactivated plans are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

PopChoo (official website https://popchoo.com/) is the primary service of this site, operated by 尋獵科技有限公司 (Xunlie Technology Co., Ltd.; the "Company", "we") and extended from the Popworld platform (https://popworld.cc/). By purchasing or using the plans, digital content, or online services provided by PopChoo (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Purchase (the "Terms").
Plans and Content
PopChoo provides premium features and content through time-based subscription plans. Some features are free to use; purchasing a paid plan unlocks additional features and quotas for the duration of the plan. The content, quota, and price of each plan are as shown on the purchase page.
Purchase and Activation
After you complete payment, the purchased plan is activated immediately and the plan duration is counted from activation, which constitutes the commencement of the Services by the Company. When you receive the purchase confirmation email from the Company, the purchase contract is formed.
Payment Methods
The Company offers various third-party payment methods (such as credit card, LINE Pay, etc.). You must comply with the applicable terms of the Company or the third-party payment providers, and you are responsible for all fees incurred from purchasing the Services on PopChoo. The Company may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
Pricing
The price and availability of plans shown on the purchase page may change at any time before you complete a purchase.
Taxes
Taxes related to the Services are handled in accordance with the laws and invoicing regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the amount you pay may not be reduced by taxes payable by you.
Exclusion of the 7-Day Cooling-off Period and Refund Policy
The Services constitute "digital content not provided on a tangible medium" or "online services completed upon provision". Under the Consumer Protection Act and the Executive Yuan's "Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Sales", such digital content/online services are NOT subject to the 7-day cooling-off period (the unconditional right of rescission) where you have given prior consent and the service is activated immediately upon purchase.
Therefore, by clicking "Proceed to Payment" and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the plan begins providing services upon activation, that this transaction is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period, and that the purchased plan is non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your current plan at any time on the "My Plan" page. After cancellation, the remaining time of the plan is forfeited and non-refundable. To avoid loss of your rights, please confirm your chosen plan and number of days before purchasing.
Exceptions and Assistance
If a transaction issue arises due to duplicate charges, system errors, or causes not attributable to you, please contact us as soon as possible. The Company will assist on a case-by-case basis and, where necessary, refund the amount to your original payment method.
Abuse
The refund and customer-service mechanisms are intended to protect your transaction rights, not as a means of using the Services for free. If we determine that you have abused these mechanisms, cancelled without cause, or engaged in improper conduct that harms the Company, we may refuse the request or revoke your eligibility to transact, as appropriate.
